Video Server Can't Find Standalone

This is caused by a firewall or antivirus. Please make sure that the standalone DVR is connected on the same router as the PC.

Problem: Video Server E cannot search DVR's IP address on the device list.

Solution: Turn off the anti-virus that may block the Video Server E.
