Getting Intermittent Blue Screen On Playback (Geovision)

These blue screens are caused by quick stop on motion that are within the camera field of view. Enabling pre and post recording will stop this issue. Pre recording will leave the DVR consistently recording but only generate a file once the motion is triggered, in this case you will have a 10sec pre recording. Post recording is a feature that once the motion has stopped the recording will continue depending on the set time.

1. Go to System Configure

2. Then activate the Pre and Post recording.
